Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Phoenix office will work between full life cycle recruitment and assisting human resources with various tasks including onboarding and employee relations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide various administrative support to HR-related processes and onboarding programs
- Process confidential HR records related to new hires and existing employees through the HRIS
- Process new hire onboarding and maintain I-9 records
- Coordinate and execute event logistics for local HR-related events
- Lead a full life cycle approach to recruiting with a one-Brinkmann mentality
- Source to build an inclusive, diverse, and passive talent pipeline
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers to quickly identify top talent in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Track and report recruitment metrics via iCIMS
- Maintain and promote Brinkmann's reputation and unique employer brand while applying a continuous improvement mindset to the recruitment process
- Provide high level of customer service and HR support to Brinkmann employees, new hires, candidates, and agency partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field3+ years within talent acquisition and / or human resources experience; broad experience within a fast-growing companyConstruction industry or agency recruiting experience is preferredStrong computer and internet skills, advanced in Microsoft Office, experienced with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus), and LinkedIn RecruiterMust possess positive attitude, be a motivated self-starter, and embrace one-team mentalityExperience promoting a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagementAbility to cultivate and build meaningful relationships with candidates, senior leaders, and employeesAbility to persuade or influence othersMust be organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skillsMinimal travel requiredAt Brinkmann Constructors, our passion for people means investing in their financial, mental, and physical well-being.
