You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional accounts consisting of HVAC wholesale distributors and ductwork / sheet metal fabricators.

The Laser Machine Operator’s primary function is to operate the Laser machine and ensure proper cutting programs.

Job Duties :

• Perform typical laser cutting operations.
• Select proper cutting programs and proper fixtures.
• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Correct and clear any errors on the laser.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor and / or automation specialist.
• Use technical drawing / blueprints to ensure laser program cuts as intended.
• Manually lift raw materials, final products and items packed for shipment.
• Removing parts from sheets and stacking them on skids.
• Packing parts as needed either in boxes or with strapping tape and labeling parts appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.
