Your new role

As an Estimator, you'll be involved early in the design phase, collaborating closely with architects, owners, and internal teams. Projects are typically ground-up commercial builds, including non-profits, churches, self-storage facilities, pre-engineered buildings.

You'll be part of a relationship-driven environment where collaboration and communication are key. The company values long-term partnerships and often works on negotiated or select bid list projects.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients during early design phases to develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid proposals for ground-up commercial projects including churches, non-profits, and industrial builds.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor quotes to ensure competitive and comprehensive pricing.
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and contribute to value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to support negotiated and select bid opportunities.
• Occasionally support project management on smaller jobs and assist with business development efforts when needed.
• Track market trends, labor rates, and material costs to keep estimates current and competitive.
