Comp : $170k-$180k plus bonus

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a high-growth CPG organization. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead month-end close process and prepare consolidated financial statements per GAAP

Oversee accounting, AR / AP, cash management, and treasury functions with 3 direct reports

Deliver financial insights and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders

Implement financial controls and drive process improvements to support strategic growth initiatives

Requirements : CPA license required

10+ years senior accounting experience with team management

CPG industry experience preferred

Asset Based Lending / Collateral Reporting experience preferred

Private equity environment experience preferred

MBA preferred
