Responsibilities include :

• Maximize profitable sales through sales and margin reviews.
• Ensure effective space management and store graphics maintenance.
• Replenish fixtures and evaluate competitor visual merchandising.
• Train sales associates on visual merchandising according to LEGO guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO's values.

As a LEGO Brand Retail Team Leader, you will motivate, energize, and inspire others, fostering a positive, safety-first environment. The role requires leadership experience in retail, training skills, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising expertise. Physical requirements include moving, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 30 lbs.
