Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst Professional for a contract to hire position with a mortgage loan corporation. This position is fully onsite and can be located in either McLean, VA or Plano, TX. Summary : Seeking a Business Analyst Professional for a contract to hire position Qualifications : Demonstrate knowledge of mortgage banking underwriting process from start to finish including processing, underwriting and closing / funding functions Demonstrate knowledge of secondary mortgage market remedy / repurchase process Demonstrate knowledge of simple SQL queries to diagnose system issues and trends Thorough understanding of mortgage banking industry data such as Loan-to-Value, Debt-to-Income Ratio, Liabilities, Income, Assets Demonstrate knowledge of Agile project methodology Demonstrate history of providing support to others who do not have the same knowledge / expertise by translating information into easy-to-digest dialog Demonstrate ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to relationships Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
