ARTYFACT Director of Consumer Research and Insights (Remote)
Status : Full-Time Position

With clients like Google, Disney, Lego, and Boston Scientific, we also have experience across many industries.

We are looking for a US-based, full-time contract Director of Consumer Research and Insights who shares our values in authenticity, human-centered approaches, and making an impact.
Specifications
- Full-time position beginning in September 2025, that may begin with a trial period based on candidates experience.
- 100% remote with flexibility to accommodate client and internal meetings across EST, CST, and PST timezones
- Occasional travel for research (paid for by ARTYFACT)
Responsibilities
Client Management (20%)
Build strong relations with clients, understanding their business problems and interface effectively with themManage client projects to ensure research objectives are metCollaborate effectively with external stakeholders to deliver project deliverablesAttend project kick-off calls, weekly client meetings, debrief sessions, report share-outs, and ad hoc touchpoints as neededQual & Quant Research Planning & Execution (50%)
Lead and support research projects from end to endModerate qualitative research (focus groups, friendship triads, and 1 : 1s) virtually or in-personCreate robust discussion guides to enable effective consumer interviewsCreate, field, and analyze quantitative research studiesConduct landscape assessments leveraging secondary market dataCo-facilitate trainings or workshops with clients of up to 20+Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and supporting staff to deliver project deliverablesProject Deliverables (20%)
Create highly detailed, well-designed reports to share with clientsTell an insightful story through quantitative and qualitative consumer dataPresent reports in a captivating and dynamic mannerBusiness Development (10%)
Participate in business development functions, including drafting proposals and joining pitch and proposal meetingsSupport the leadership team in cultivating relations with new business contacts by joining new business callsQualifications :
We are looking for a mix of direct, relevant experience in consumer research (10+ years) and soft skills in collaboration, storytelling, and problem-solving to complement our global team. Our ideal candidate is :
