Key Responsibilities
Handle back-to-back inbound calls in a high-volume contact center, addressing complex and emotionally sensitive situations
Support customers with empathy and professionalism, de-escalating concerns and ensuring positive outcomes
Manage multiple systems to resolve inquiries while meeting productivity, quality, and attendance goals
Required Qualifications
Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
Experience in a customer service or contact center environment preferred
Familiarity with policies, practices, and procedures in a business environment
Basic understanding of life and health insurance products and terminology
Willingness to participate in team huddles and engage with colleagues on-camera
