job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform CT and X-Ray examinations using proper technical factors Evaluate each film for proper exposure and positioning Schedule examinations and properly instruct patients on exam preparations Set up and organize rooms for radiographic procedures Use independent judgment and technical skills to produce optimal radiography for diagnosis and treatment Work independently and make decisions in emergency situations Operate medical equipment with manual dexterity Lift and move patients with or without assistance and maneuver equipment 20 pounds or greater Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate effectively with employees, physicians, patients, and families Provide quality patient care with sensitivity to patient and co-worker needs Demonstrate flexibility to work in continually changing conditions Reports directly to the Imaging Services Manager Graduate with ARRT Registry required Position requires visual and hearing acuity to receive patient feedback Physical demands include periods of stooping, standing, bending, and moderate lifting Referral bonus
