Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business, meet new business goals as established
• Identify and qualify high-potential leads from referrals, marketing efforts, and inbound inquiries
• Recommend Allstate insurance solutions tailored to meet individual and family needs
• Educate clients on protecting their homes, vehicles, families, and financial assets
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
• Engage with and support the local community by helping people prepare for life's unexpected events
