About The Role

This role will involve you processing and handling orders, dealing with online retailers directly or through EDI systems. You will support the sales team operations to support the overall objective of the business. You will also identify opportunities for improvement in the sales operations and systems to ensure greater efficiency, with a strong focus on using AI and coding tools to automate and streamline core processes.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global teams.

Responsibilities

Optimize the order-to-cash process :

• Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders using our ERP system (SAP ByDesign).
• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and other sales documents.
• Manage product returns and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain and regularly update pricing structures and product catalogs.
• Document, maintain, and optimize operational procedures.
