Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep

Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep Responsibilities :

  • Palletize product in the warehouse
  • Operate forklift to load trucks
  • Assist customers with questions regarding product availability, specifications and pricing, both in person, and over the phone
  • Enter customer orders and quotes into our operating system
  • Manage new inquiries
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the company and our products and services
  • Process sales orders generated at the sales counter

Requirements for Bilingual Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Rep :

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of construction industry experience preferred
  • Previous warehouse, sales and customer service experience
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Have, or quickly develop, a comprehensive knowledge of product lines
  • Able to work in a fast paced, highly accurate and customer focused position with high attention to detail and speed
  • Know basic computer processes (use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Building supply knowledge preferred
