We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help guide the next chapter of our firm's growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of a 100% employee-owned S-ESOP firm, where financial strategy directly connects to the value we create for every employee-owner. The CFO is a critical member of DLR Group's executive leadership team and a strategic partner to the CEO. You will define and execute the financial vision of a global, rapidly growing, multidisciplinary design enterprise. The CFO leads financial strategy, enterprise planning, reporting, capital management, payroll, and financial risk oversightwith a strong emphasis on scalability, resilience, and future readiness. As steward of both financial performance and our employee-ownership culture, the CFO ensures financial decisions align with long-term value creation for employee-owners while building the systems and structure to support a $500M+ global design firm.
