Job Title : Permanent Position for Physician - Otolaryngology Join a leading healthcare facility in Findlay, Ohio, recognized as one of the world s best hospitals by Newsweek. Our practice, ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio, is dedicated to providing comprehensive ENT care within a supportive and flexible environment. Job Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base with minimal competition. Manage a daily patient load of 20-30 in-clinic consultations. Perform surgeries across three OR locations, including advanced surgical technology. Utilize four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion. Collaborate with a comprehensive onsite audiology team and other medical subspecialties. Participate in a care team model with advanced practice providers and hospitalist support. Take backup call only while advanced practice providers cover primary calls. Contribute to a collegial work culture that emphasizes physician wellness and work-life balance. Access resources such as Mayo Clinic eConsults and Grand Rounds. Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees. Qualifications : Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Otolaryngology. Unrestricted medical license in Ohio (or willingness to obtain). DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start). Clean malpractice and license history. License and Certification Requirements : Board Certification by the appropriate specialty board (Otolaryngology) or completed residency / fellowship training within the last five years.
