Clinical Experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.). Telehealth Proficiency : Comfort and experience with video / phone-based counseling platforms. Cultural Competence : Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt therapy to meet the needs of clients from varying backgrounds. Strong Communication Skills : Clear, empathetic, and professional communication both in writing and verbally. Time Management & Organizational Skills : Ability to manage a caseload efficiently, adhering to session times and administrative responsibilities. Ethical & Confidential Practice : Adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and professional organizations. Choose your own hours No case load minimums, however 10 hrs of availability is recommended.

Online Therapy of Texas is a growing group practice that offers exclusively virtual Therapy. We are interested in hiring passionate, knowledgable, self driven and ethical therapist to join our team. We strive to provide compassionate, accessible, and effective mental heath care to the clients we serve.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on various patient needs.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as clinical counseling and applied behavior analysis.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in condition.
- Provide Telehealth services, and have acsess to a reliable webcam and internet.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
