The Financial Reporting team ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial story - preparing statements, supporting audits, and driving compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards. Partnering across departments, we deliver insights that inform key business decisions while constantly improving our processes, embracing technology, and growing together as a team committed to excellence.

About the role :

As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Company's financial statements by preparing, analyzing, and reviewing reports in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, as well as play a key role in supporting audits, improving reporting processes, and providing insights that help guide business decisions.

Why we're hiring for this role :

We're seeking a motivated and detail-driven Financial Reporting Accountant who's passionate about telling the company's financial story with accuracy and impact. In this high-visibility role, you'll play a key part in delivering timely, precise internal reports and SEC filings that shape business decisions and uphold our commitment to financial excellence.

Once hired, you will :

• Assist in preparing and supporting the filing of periodic reports with the SEC, including Forms 10-K, and 10-Q, and other filings such as 8-K's, Proxy Statements, and Form 4's
• Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and accompanying footnotes in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit
• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as legal, accounting, FP&A, and internal audit to gather necessary information for the accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and presentations for senior and executive leadership
• Assist with the month end, quarter end, and year end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare detailed and timely reconciliations of general ledger accounts, as assigned

Des Moines pay range : Base salary / pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.

$70,000 — $110,000 USD
