Financial Analyst Sr. / Lvl 3 / Grand Prairie, TX

You will be a Senior Financial Analyst on the Tactical Missiles Finance Team, driving financial excellence and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions. Our team is responsible for supporting program finance functions and positioning MFC for future success.

What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead the development and management of financial metrics, long-range planning, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with program personnel across various functions to drive affordability and support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include :

• Developing and managing long-range plans (LRP) for the business area
• Analyzing and reporting financial performance to senior management
• Supporting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) and presenting financial data
• Leading budget and schedule preparation for contract work
• Performing financial analyses, such as funding profiles and variance analysis
• Ensuring contract compliance and adequate funding availability

Three (3) or more years of related experience; Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments; Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver; Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills; Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A; EVMS Management & Reporting; Working knowledge of EFS (EAC, CSR Model, MDR); Working knowledge of Cobra and Oracle; Experience and ability to interface with senior management; Experience with data visualization software

Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
