Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP HANA Basis to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end to end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
• Utilize strong SAP HANA Basis knowledge to guide technical teams in the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, as well as industry best practices in project management.
