6-8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related GTM leadership roles
Strong understanding of the sales process with prior sales experience
Proven ability to build and lead enablement programs in high-growth environments
Experience with Enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, and Sana
Familiarity with generative AI tools and technologies
