Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation process for new customers across the Agents Platform and other product lines
Develop the Customer Success playbook for implementation excellence
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned customer journeys
Required Qualifications
Experience with high growth functions and a growth mentality
Understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
Strong technical background to assist customers in architecting integrations
Experience managing project timelines and senior stakeholders
Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
