City : Lafayette State : LA Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Shifts times are M-F 8a-5p in person only. Scheduled shifts no call. Breast Biopsies and Breast imaging. Looking for 1-2 providers to help with coverage. Breast Imaging Fellowship required. Please include availability on presentation. 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
