Technical Sales Executive
We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with a strong background in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical sales, particularly in waterproofing products, sealants, and polymer coatings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.
- New Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities to fuel growth.
- Market Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Industry Representation : Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to enhance market visibility and generate leads.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work with R&D, product development, and logistics teams to successfully implement customer projects.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting : Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitors to deliver actionable insights.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.
- Lead Generation : Create and execute strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in a manufacturing environment.Technical knowledge in textiles, polymer materials, and coatings is preferred.Proven track record in consultative sales and closing deals.Experience managing customer projects from concept to completion.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.Flexibility to travel 5060% within the U.S. and occasionally to Europe.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Valid driver's license and passport.What We Offer :
