Property Sellwise is one of the fastest-growing real estate franchisors in the U.S. We specialize in wholesaling, flipping, and building rental portfolios and we provide our franchisees with proven systems, marketing strategies, and support to help them succeed. We already have highly successful advertising campaigns running, and were looking for a leader to take ownership of our digital marketing at scale.

The Role

Were seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to manage and scale our advertising campaigns across Google PPC, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and YouTube Ads for all of our franchisees.

This is not a freelance gig we want someone full-time who is committed to growing with our company long-term. Youll start by taking over our current successful campaigns, and as we expand nationwide, youll be responsible for optimizing performance, managing ad spend across multiple territories, and eventually leading a team under you.
