Heartland Credit Union is looking for a full-time Teller to work at our branch in Haven. WORK DETAILS

This person will work from our Haven location, at 103 S. Kansas Ave.

Schedule is 8 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 15 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 15 p.m. Friday. NO evenings or weekends!

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities :

• Greets customers entering the branch, directs them to the correct staff member for assistance and provides assistance with ATM usage, coin counting machine, safety deposit boxes and other branch services.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of paying and receiving functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances.
• Verifies cash totals and balances each day's transactions.
• Educate members of credit union products and services.
• Balances ATM machines, coin counters, and cash dispensing / recycling machines in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
• Provides superior service to our members.
• Proactively support and advance HCU's brand platform.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
