Inside Sales Associate

Master Halco , North America’s leading manufacturer / distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an Inside Sales Associate.

The Inside Sales Associates work on the phone and at our branch's counter desk to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products.

Inside Sales Associate daily expectations include :

• Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospect customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.
• Calling the current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.
• Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
• Excellence with phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement.

Desired sales experience or applicable product knowledge :

This position has played an important role in advancing Master Halco toward attaining $1Billion valuation in 2022.  The sales team's success in generating sales and providing excellence in customer service builds Master Halco's future and maintains our 60+ year heritage in the building products industry.
