Overview

The Omaha office of Woods Aitken LLP is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to work in its labor and employment practice group.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, memos, and briefs (writing sample required).
  • Maintain excellent organizational and analytical abilities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and act as a self-starter with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law is preferred.
  • Excellent academic record; strong research, writing, and drafting skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities; demonstrated record of meeting deadlines.
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Writing sample required; submit resume, law school transcript or summary of performance, writing sample, and salary requirements.
