Salary : $105,000 - $130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and procedures
• Representing clients in administrative hearings and investigations
• Handling employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination
• Advising on labor relations and conducting workplace investigations
• Providing proactive legal advice and keeping clients informed of changes in employment law
• Leading client training on key employment topics (e.g., compliance, harassment prevention)
