Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Education & Day Services to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across the Bancroft School Network and our Day & Employment Services programs. This is a highly impactful role, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and innovation for individuals we serve, while leading a team of dedicated professionals and aligning operations with Bancroft's strategic goals.

This position is ideal for a seasoned leader in special education or human services who thrives on creating meaningful programs that drive positive outcomes for students and adults with IDD and brain injuries.
