Converting Operator - Tier One

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 6 : 45 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Converting Operator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products with precision and pride.

What You'll Do

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating converting machines while ensuring product quality meets our standards. You'll play a key role in production, quality control, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate converting machines with accuracy and care
• Inspect products visually and physically to prevent defects
• Record production and quality data promptly and correctly
• Pack and palletize finished goods for shipment
• Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime
• Communicate effectively during shift handoffs
• Participate in 5S and housekeeping initiatives
• Assist coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment
