Role : Endpoint Engineer / Client Engineer
Duration : 3 months, ( could extend based on performance)
Location : Remote
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, configure, and support Windows (laptops / desktops) and macOS / iOS endpoints
- Implement and oversee zero-touch deployment processes to streamline device provisioning
- Support endpoint management platforms (Workspace ONE experience is ideal; open to candidates eager to learn)
- Configure and manage endpoints at scale, including security, policies, and compliance settings
- Work through technical details, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve tickets across the environment
- Provision user licenses and accounts, ensuring proper access management
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and enhance end-user experience
Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Windows client systems (not server) and macOS / iOS environmentsHands-on experience implementing endpoint solutions from the ground up or managing large-scale deploymentsDesign and implement Automated Device EnrollmentComfortable working in the weeds to troubleshoot and solve endpoint issuesExperience with or willingness to learn VMware Workspace ONE (other MDM / endpoint platforms a plus)Familiarity with account provisioning, license management, and day-to-day IT operations
