Assistant Project Manager

Assist in the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
Help prepare, issue, and track subcontractor agreements and purchase orders
Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support the submittal and RFI processes, ensuring timely responses and documentation
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, logs, daily reports, and change orders
Help with permitting and compliance with local codes and regulations
Collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure smooth communication between the office and field
Assist with project closeout procedures, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and final inspections

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in commercial construction (general contracting experience preferred)
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.)
Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
