Project Manager Healthcare Construction Kansas City
This role is with a respected General Contractor in the Kansas City area who specializes in providing business services within the construction industry. The organization focuses on delivering tailored solutions to its clients and is known for its strong project execution and commitment to excellence. Due to growth in the pipeline, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join the team. This individual will be essential to their work / projects and long-term growth of the organization.
Manage and oversee federal and healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve any project-related challenges or risks proactively.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the project team.

A successful Project Manager should have :
Base salary up to $145,000, depending on experience.
