Recovery Specialist

A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist responsible for managing collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound collection attempts on charged-off accounts

Negotiate payment arrangements with consumers or authorized third parties

Assist with clerical duties related to account management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

2 years of outbound collection experience required

Financial industry experience preferred

Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
