Location : San Diego, CA (Hybrid Role)

Pay Rate : $45 - $50 per hour on W2 basis

JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge processes, tools, and strategies that enhance our Marketing function's efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for benchmarking current practices against industry standards, identifying improvement opportunities, directing cross-functional teams, and managing resources to align with our marketing objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing strategies and tactics are not only innovative but also rigorously aligned with our brand standards and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Direct the development and implementation of innovative marketing processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Conduct environmental scans to identify improvement opportunities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and lead gap analysis and strategic roadmap development.
  • Manage and allocate marketing resources effectively to support strategy execution.
  • Develop and enforce a marketing governance process to maintain brand consistency and conduct regular operations reviews to align strategy with execution.

Must have Skills :

  • Proven strategic planning and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align marketing with overall business objectives.

    • Industry Experience Required :

  • Experience in a marketing or communications role is required, with a preference for candidates who have successfully led marketing operations improvements in similar industries.
