JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

The ideal candidate will manage marketing endeavors focusing on retention and growth within the high-tech industry, utilizing deep market insights, competitive analysis, and strong messaging strategies to drive product and service innovation. This role demands a hands-on leader capable of leveraging analytics to uncover growth opportunities and influence strategic direction, while ensuring the execution of impactful, data-informed campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Develop a nuanced understanding of our product's value proposition to tailor clear, differentiated messaging and customer experiences.
  • Utilize customer insights and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide product and messaging strategies.
  • Create compelling messaging and creative briefs that transform customer insights into tangible benefits and persuasive narratives.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine copy and creative outputs, ensuring alignment with brand vision and campaign goals.
  • Establish success metrics, actively analyze marketing performance data, and use insights to steer business strategies and achieve measurable results.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong background in market data analytics, specifically within a retention marketing framework.
  • Experience working within the technology sector, demonstrating an ability to navigate its unique marketing challenges.
  • Proven capability in leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results, backed by solid written and verbal communication skills.
