Full-Time Grounds Maintenance (Landscaping)

High Associates is searching for Grounds Maintenance Associates to join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds.

Starting Rate : $18.00 / hr. Potential for increase is based on experience. Standard schedule is 6 : 30am -3 : 00pm, Monday - Friday. Some weekends may be required.

Responsibilities for our grounds maintenance include :

  • Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Operating and maintaining equipment.
  • Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
  • Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
  • Assisting with snow / ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
  • Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
  • Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements :

  • Valid PA driver's license is required!
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Previous grounds maintenance / landscaping experience, preferred but not required
  • The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
