Job Description

The University of Notre Dame seeks a strategic and compassionate leader to direct the  Center for Student Support and Care (CSSC) , a cornerstone of our Student Health and Wellness area. The CSSC integrates the  Sara Bea Accessibility Services (including the Testing Center) , the  Care and Wellness Consultant Program , and the  Time Away Project , providing critical support to more than 12,900 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Through case management, accommodations, wellness consulting, and crisis intervention, the Director ensures that every student has the resources to flourish.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Vision

• Provide strategic direction for the CSSC in alignment with Student Affairs and the AVP for Student Health and Wellness.
• Support the supervision of the Care and Wellness Consultants and Sara Bea Accessibility Services.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, care, and early intervention.
• Chair the Division Care Team and serve on the University Threat Assessment Team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15 professional staff.

Salary : Up to $122,000
