We are currently searching for a highly motivated candidate to join our Marketing team in the US!

What we expect At Odoo, we\'re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. In this role, you’ll translate conceptual ideas into high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. You\'ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to maintain a cohesive visual presence across all platforms. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling.

Responsibilities Develop and lead original design concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and branded content.

Create and manage design deliverables across web, print, out-of-home, and social media channels.

Review design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and strategy.

Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and production processes.

Manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.

Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicating design rationale and strategic alignment.

Provide in-house design support and contribute to creative problem-solving.

Partner cross-functionally to support the creative direction of larger project plans.

Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across print, web, social, email, animation, and video. Portfolio submission required with application.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.

Excellent sense of typography, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

2+ years of professional design experience.

Nice to Have Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.

Skills in video creation, editing, or motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
