DramaBox is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to source screenwriters, producers, post-production staff, and corporate talent for our fast-growing vertical drama platform. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting : you’ll balance creative and corporate hiring needs while building pipelines that fuel the future of mobile-first storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit contract screenwriters, development / creative executives, producers, post-production talent, and corporate hires.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and scheduling to offers, approvals, and onboarding — ensuring clear communication with hiring managers and HQ, and collaborating on optimizing onboarding flows (presentations, materials).
• Act as a brand ambassador in the entertainment and business community, communicating DramaBox’s mission and opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with writers, literary managers, and agencies to source top creative talent.
• Cultivate relationships with universities (UCLA, USC, AFI, etc.) and coordinate campus outreach to strengthen early-career pipelines.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships with fellowships, labs, and competitions that surface new creative voices.
• Participate in industry events, festivals, and branded workshops to identify talent and expand DramaBox’s network.
• Support efforts to introduce U.S. HR systems (including ATS platforms) to enhance recruiting and onboarding workflows.
