Cydcor is looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent across departments, from entry-level to executive roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives independently, enjoys building scalable recruitment processes, and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions including IT, marketing, operations, and business development
• Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to specific team needs
• Streamline recruiting operations, maintain compliance, and enhance the candidate experience
• Manage ATS pipelines and candidate communication throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, pre-employment screening, and onboarding with HR
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and trends
• Support projects related to employer branding, referral programs, and diversity hiring
• Serve as a talent ambassador and champion of Cydcor's culture
