MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Connectivity to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following :

• Possess extensive knowledge of wired and wireless connectivity markets and Ethernet and Wi-Fi customers
• Drive product roadmaps
• Form and lead a skilled, global marketing, sales, and channel teams
• Strategy & Revenue Growth :

Drive revenue growth by increasing market share and securing new designs with both current and new customers across various applications

Partner closely with Engineering to set and achieve product development goals

Lead product roadmap and marketing teams and collaborate with sales to effectively position products in new and existing market segments

Foster close relationships with key strategic customers

Conduct comprehensive market assessments, competitor analyses, and customer segmentation to identify product gaps and new market opportunities

Compensation and Benefits

MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock-based compensation.

MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of $183,456 to $284,767 Annually

The actual starting base salary will be determined by the match to certain role-related criteria such as educational degree(s) or equivalent, relevant work experience, skillset needed for the role, and geographic location; this is not an all-inclusive list as some roles may require unique skills or experience.
