Licensed Practical Nurse Homecare

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our homecare team. In this role, you will perform a variety of delegated nursing tasks and provide essential patient care within your Scope of Practice, under the guidance of registered nurses, licensed physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
