Rapidly growing Florida Workers Compensation and personal Injury law firm is seeking a highly capable and motivated paralegal, who has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in workers compensation. Applicants must be able to multi-task, possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and must be able to exist in a fast-paced work environment. This position is onsite Monday - Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various legal, administrative and clerical tasks to support the firm’s services. Duties Include :
- Drafting discovery requests and responses and managing discovery deadlines.
- Preparing medical record composites and summaries
- Preparing and organizing exhibits for trials and depositions and completing pre-trials.
- Review and draft routine legal documents and e-file documents.
- Preparing settlement documents
Job Requirements :
