Solutions Engineer

Founded by the leaders who scaled Coinbase Custody to over $100M+ ARR, we are rebuilding crypto infrastructure from the ground up, tackling foundational security challenges to empower developers.
Much like AWS transformed computing with the advent of the cloud, Turnkey is building the trustless, transparent, and decentralized infrastructure that will unlock the next wave of mass-market crypto applications, solving the critical challenge of secure, flexible key management.
This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on revenue, product, and customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate their use cases and guide technical decision-making
- Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey's APIs and SDKs
- Join technical calls to answer questions around security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows
- Develop integration plans for customers and collaborate with the Customer Support team in their implementation
- Contribute to customer-facing materials : sample code, technical diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integration paths and unblock deals
- Assist in completing security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms
- Capture technical feedback and relay product feature gaps back to the internal team
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our developer experience, including flagging gaps in documentation or SDKs
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer advocacyProficiency with TypeScript and modern developer tooling (e.g., GitHub, REST APIs)Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and security best practices, such as AWSStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and visualize technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholdersSelf-starter attitude and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environmentHigh technical empathy you understand what it's like to be on the other side of the APIStrongly Preferred
Experience working in the Web3 ecosystem wallets, protocols, or smart contractsUnderstanding of security best practices, including TEEs, key management, or secure signing flowsFamiliarity with observability tools like Grafana or similarPrior experience contributing to or working alongside developer products or platformsStyle Points
