This position is hybrid and can be based out of one of our California Offices in San Luis Obispo, San Diego, Ontario, Laguna Hills, and Folsom.

What You Will Do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to successful delivery water infrastructure planning, design, and / or program management of medium- to large-scale water and / or wastewater systems.
• Oversee client service management and strengthen existing client relationships through exceptional project delivery, development of new client relationships, and identification of future business opportunities.
• Leadership of project pursuits including proposal development and interview preparation.
• Project workshop leadership, facilitation of alternatives analysis evaluation and decision making.
• Mentor entry-level professionals.
• Oversee water, wastewater and / or recycled water planning, design, and / or program management projects, including development and oversight of scope, budget, and schedule.
• Preparation of high-quality written work products potentially including masterplans, technical memoranda, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• This position will require some travel throughout CA, WA and / or OR.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $200,000 annually and may be more or less depending on experience.
