Who You Are :
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key administrative partner to the President of American Repair Maintenance while also providing support to other members of the executive leadership team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational capability. The Executive Assistant will manage executive schedules, communications, and administrative functions to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of executive operations.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and other executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting and meeting preparation.Act as a liaison between the President, executives, and leadership.Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications on behalf of the President.Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, board meetings, and company-wide events, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.Assist with project management, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.Support company initiatives by organizing virtual and in-person events, including town halls, leadership meetings, and conferences.Support marketing and brand initiatives, including managing the company website, overseeing social media accounts, and coordinating digital content to enhance visibility and engagement.Monitor and manage incoming communications, prioritizing urgent requests.Anticipate the needs of the President and executive team to ensure smooth daily operations.Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.What You’ll Get :
