Description Associate Surgical Technician at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro, CA. This position is Part Time and will work 8-hour Variable shifts. The Surgical Technician role is a non-licensed health care employee who performs the surgical scrub role and works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Required Qualifications : Coursework / Training : Successfully completed training as a surgical technician at an accredited school. Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications : Upon hire : Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA). Surgical Technician. Recent Acute Care Hospital clinical experience in the OR. Why Join Providence?
