Total Joint Orthopedic Surgery - Seacoast Region of New Hampshire Portsmouth, NH Join a thriving orthopedic surgery practice in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire. This well-established clinical outpatient and surgical practice consists of six fellowship-trained surgeons, one Sports Medicine physician, and 10 PAs. The team is seeking a Total Joint surgeon to join their dynamic and collaborative group. Position Highlights : - Balanced mix of surgical and outpatient work ( 50 / 50 clinic and OR). - 32 patient-facing hours and 8 administrative hours weekly. - Call schedule of 1 : 8, with only two weekends per year. - PAs handle 1st call. - Additional call opportunities available for extra pay. - Collaborative culture with strong mentoring and physician leadership. - Competitive pay structure with incentives.
