job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with incident response as directed. Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities encountered during patrols. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Security Guard - Retail Patrol Driver
As a Security Guard - Retail Patrol Driver in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible at a prominent retail location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will spend much of your time on patrol in a vehicle, responding to situations and supporting a welcoming environment.
