Program Manager, Early and Emerging Talent Strategy - Ultragenyx

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and confirm interviews for candidates across the US and globally using our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
- Create job openings and help ensure they're visible to the right audiences.
- Partner with recruiters to track interview progress and keep processes running smoothly.
- Support data integrity and reporting in Greenhouse.
- Handle candidate information with care and confidentiality.
- Additional projects based on business needs.
Requirements
Education : Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Curiosity and a desire to learn are key.Availability : Able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours / week) during the spring co-op cycle : January 5 – June 26. Hybrid : in-person two days a week at Somerville, MA (100 Chestnut St., accessible by Green Line), and three days remote, 8am–5pm EST, Monday–Friday.Technical Skills : Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Communication : Clear, professional written and verbal communication.Collaboration : Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and thrives when collaborating with others.U.S. Hourly Wage Range
$22.00-$27.00 per hourThe estimated range reflects anticipated compensation; actual wage offered depends on candidate's school year / level.Benefits
